May 25 2013 sounds like a hot spring day to me ... Perfect day for that charcoal to get burning and cold beers loaded in the cooler .. It's BBQ time ! Well was that real? Or was this a better version , May 25 2013 , temperature outside 2.c rain drop changing to snow flakes and team of dedicated students and teachers determine to make a successfull event of les roches BBQ 2013 ,regardless of weather conditions ... Well that's sounds more like it ! Crazy weather
Fighting off the cold , they all put together a great event , sangria and cocktails greeted me and guests upon arrival plus a great spread of food from roasted beef ribeye , suckling pig ,BBQ chicken with a great selection of sauces , burgers and sausages plus full salad bar was prepared to the smallest detail , imaging even ice cream was there , and didn't need a freezer to scoop it out of !! Crazy weather ...
I was happy to find the VIP area beside the grill and had a very attentive eye on making sure my sangria glass was full .
Thank you to a great chilling event in the swiss mountains near Crans-Montana ... Looking forward to next year,the weather man can get lost please ! Congrats To all
