Tom Kha Kai a Thai chicken mushroom coconut ,
Bellow is my recipe , of course you can modifie or personalize it to your taste !
Chicken meat white or dark
Fresh shiitake mushrooms
Coconut milk , chicken stock
Ginger ,lemon grass,kafir lime leaves
Galangal,red chili , coriander ,onions
Garlic , fish sauce , sesame oil , peanut oil
Make a paste with ginger ,chilies ,garlic , galangal ,oil ,sauté paste in peanut oil , add onions , stock , Diced chicken mushroom and all remaining ingredients , cook at medium heat for 20 minutes , last before serving add a few drops of sesame oil and chopped fresh coriander .
Serve as is or with rice noodles or steamed Thai rice !
