Two ripe frappe tomatoes
150 grams of buffala mozzarella
200 grs of zucchini thinly sliced
100 grs of black truffle
Extra virgin olive oil
Black pepper corn
The zucchini is thinly slice and quick sauté in garlic olive oil , the rest is as on picture , this dish is simple elegant and really tasty !
