One whole chicken of 1.2kgs with be good for 2 to 4 people ...
Marinated with ginger , lemon grass , garlic , sesame oil , soya sauce , black pepper , chili ! Then roast is in preheated oven 200.c for one hour ,
Add a few medium size potatoes beside it to bake with skin on !
Siding are all up you , depending on your diners or if for lunch or dinner , and if your making any appetizers or desserts !
Set it up by cutting up the chicken to make it easier to your guests to pick there favorite parts and less messy to eat ...then use a clean side table to creat your master piece !!
Be fast ah , it's nice to eat it hot !
