A Chinese cabbage ,cut into four that you pour salted boiling water over and let rest with a cover on the side table , while you made your marination of fresh chili , garlic , onions leeks , dried chili , chili powder ,black pepper , soya sauce , sugar , fish sauce ,sesame oil ,coriander mix all well together , after 2 hours , remove cabbage from salted water and rub well with chili marination , place into a container with a heavy weight on top , place in fridge for 2 days ...
Remove from fridge and cut into slices , put into a jar and pasteurize on a water bath . Then place into fridge and try to keep it till you have a Korean night at home with friends ... Easy noh
