Flour 300 grs
3 whole eggs
Oil 30 ml
Mix flour , 2 eggs , oil , salt , pepper, paprika , milk together till u have smooth dough abit runny,
Pass into boiling water with a strainer with big holes , or use as on pick a grater ,
Separately sauté in butter bacon onions garlic till light brown , add spaetzle and cook for 3 to 5 min till nice and colorfull , place into gratin dish and sprinkle with the cheese .
Bake in hot oven for 5 min , serve hot , with fried egg on top . Bonne appetit
