I believe that when you're in love ,you have to pour your heart and soul out to your partner... or why bother? So in that sense I'm an incurable romantic when it comes to cooking for my partner ...
So make her happy ,
This is what you need ,
Marination of chicken ;chicken stripes no bones or skin
Egg , garlic , pepper, salt , seasoning , milk
Dip ;soya sauce , white vinegar , garlic , chili , black pepper , coriander , onions , cherry tomatoes , brown sugar , sesame oil .( if you don't want a spicy dip , try honey mustard , honey , Dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar mix together )
Flour for coating ; add paprika . Black pepper and salt
After frying strips in oil ! Keep long strips
In a pot for the dip ! The smaller pieces you will stir fry with onions , garlic , ginger , chili , okra , eggplant , green beans , bean sprouts , egg , Soya sauce , sesame oil , sweet chili sauce , garnish with fried shallots and coriander . Of course steamed jasmine rice .
This is the fun part of cooking at home , yes it's chicken and it taste so much better when you put passion,time,love and pleasure into what you do ... So ones you have all ready , be sure to present it to your partner in a original way by using a fancy dish I'm sure you have obe in tge cabiney .Your woman loves to see her man behind the stoves .
