Be honest to yourself , this will give you a better picture about the saying "you are what you eat" and if you have any health issues you want to address this will give you a blank picture of it !
Its amazing that sometimes we never hear sentences like this "you are what you eat" is logically and when we analyze more deeply the sentence is true. Why? Because we can see today, the more sophisticated era, all what we would be willing to eat at any time, with instant we can gobble it up quickly. Yet we rarely care about our health, as an example we can see the behavior of kids today are not much different from the cow. Why are enriched as a cow? Because of the baby until the age of 5 years is given mother's milk to their children are cow's milk. Therefore we can see the behavior of kids today are not like children antiquity that still consumes milk. But actually it's just an example, but actually what I want to discuss is about the way we consume every day.
We can choose not healthy or sick. If only this option is given to us, surely we will choose healthier. But we do not know what the consequences to be so healthy. We do not keep the food coming into our mouths, we're home eating all that mattered was delicious and tasty. Like fast food, meat, and others. Actually food was already there, such as various bacteria that lurk on our health. Maybe in the long run we are only starting to feel a little bit of health began to decline and the disease has been lodged our body. But it was too late to change the diet is one of those. From the face and body we can see how to eat and what we eat .
Millions and billions of dollars is spend yearly on reach on eating habits and on how to make you eat more rubbish food , with artificial flavors to catch your taste buds on wanting more of it! Best example that famost bag of crisps !!! So yummy noh? Hahaha don't read the ingredients .. Scary !
Bottom line here is if you what to improve what you are in mind and body then is starts with what you consume !!! Don't eliminate all sins but have then in moderations so your body will reward you for that ...
Turning 101 years old in April 2013 , he eats a bowl of cereals with milk and whole wheat toast buttered every day for breakfast with his hot cup of tea ... Still goes to local store to get his bread and milk on his bicycle !
Enjoy the pleasure of life but don't abuse them !!
