source. My travel inspire my cooking, i love to weave the culinary traditions of the different nation that i have visited into my dishes.
For me, food is fun, fascinating celebration of my life that is meant to be shared to others. I crave creating delicious,nutritious recipes and enjoy teaching adults and children how to enjoy and love with food throug the adventure of cooking.
I am an emerging international chef who specializes in fusion cooking that combines the world’s major cuisines including authentic, but not limited to,French,Italian, Mediterranean, Asian, Middle Eastern, American, and Indian.
While traveling worldwide across over 100
countries to feed her own insatiable appetite for food taste and culture, I tasted everything from truffles to caviar, escargot to bouillabaisse and from classics to contemporary everyday food.
I believes that it is an extraordinarily adventurous
journey to eat out regularly and sample the variety, blend, and depth of cuisine in varied cultures and nations on the planet.
As a culinary instructor I have the opportunity to teach what I know in the kitchen or at the very least some great recipes and techniques to impress friends and family.
