Oil 30 ml
Pass into boiling water with a strainer with big holes , or use as on pick a grater ,
Separately sauté in butter bacon onions garlic till light brown , add spaetzle and cook for 3 to 5 min till nice and colorfull , place into gratin dish and sprinkle with the cheese .
Total preparation time and cooking 30 min only.
