Eggplant , mushrooms , pumpkin ,stringbeans ,onions,garlic,ginger,lemongrass ,red Chili ,all vegetables cut into same size , other ingredients use blender and make paste by adding oil to it
After sautéed the vegetables with paste in hot oil then add coconut milk , curry leaves , vegetable stock , and basil and coriander lightly chopped ! Cook for 3 to 4 minutes till vegetables are tender , Serve with steamed rice .

Two ripe frappe tomatoes
150 grams of buffala mozzarella
200 grs of zucchini thinly sliced
100 grs of black truffle
Extra virgin olive oil
Black pepper corn
The zucchini is thinly slice and quick sauté in garlic olive oil , the rest is as on picture , this dish is simple elegant and really tasty ! Half fresh lobster . Poached and remove meat ( keep shell in good shape for garnish ) dice lobster meat and set aside .
Mash up boiled potatoes in mixer , add eggs and little flour , season to taste ! Mix well , and shape into small dumplings , then blanch in boiling water !
Sauté garlic shallots ( chopped ) in virgin olive oil , add lobster meat , white wine , fresh dice tomatoes , a light tomato basil sauce , season well , add gnocchetti dumplings , mix well , set up on plate with half shell lobster as a garnish , serve hot ! Simple and delicious , bonne appetit ...

Make sure your machine is for Belgium waffles and is clean hot and ready for your mix ! Use a oil spray for posible .
Machine must close properly !
2 c. Flour; sifted
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
3/4 Tsp. Salt
3 Egg Yolks; beaten
1 3/4 c. Milk
1/3 c. Oil
3 Egg Whites; slightly beaten
2 tbs Pearl sugar
Measure dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Blend. Combine egg yolks and milk. Stir into dry ingredients. Stir in cooking oil. Carefully fold in egg whites. Do not over mix. Pour approximately 7/8 cup batter into the preheated grid. Close and bake about 4 minutes. Serve hot with butter and syrup, or as a base for various creamed dishes (vegetables, fish, or meat) or top with ice cream and a dessert sauce. Makes 5 -6. WAFFLE VARIATIONS: Pecan Waffles. Stir into plain waffle batter before folding in the beaten egg whites, 3/4 cups chopped pecans or sprinkle a few chopped pecans over batter, before closing waffler. Cinnamon Waffles. Sift 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon with the dry ingredients when preparing plain waffle batter. Apple Waffles. Stir into plain waffle batter, before folding in the beaten egg whites, 2 cups peeled, diced apples. Lemon Waffles. Add 2 tsp. grated lemon rind to egg yolk, milk mixture in waffle recipe. Bacon Waffles. Stir into plain waffle batter before folding in the beaten egg whites, 8 slices pan-fried crumbled bacon. Corn Waffles. Reduce milk to 1 cup; add 2 cups canned cream-style corn and 1-2 Tsp. sugar, depending 02/11/92 0:51 AM upon sweetness of corn. Bake till
thoroughly dry. Cheese Waffles. Stir into plain waffle batter before folding in the beaten egg whites, 1 cup grated processed cheese. Ham Waffles. Sprinkle 2 tb. finely diced cooked ham over batter, before closing waffler. Chocolate Waffles. Substitute 3 tb. cocoa for 3 tb. of the flour when preparing plain waffle batter. Chocolate Chip Waffles. Stir into plain waffle batter before folding in the beaten egg whites, 3/4 cup chocolate chips.
Freshly cooked wafffle with pearl sugar ! Is the best , or just indulge yourself with adding fresh whipped cream on top!! To eat right away .

Hmmm think of food and pleasure and you will come across fresh white asparagus in a market.then please Get yourself a bunch , you won't regret it ! They are great for your dinner ! And you can do a combination of courses for your meal ! Here is a couple.
Peel them properly without damaging the tip .Seperatly saute a chopped onion and garlic in olive oil , add vegetable stock , salt and pepper , bring to a boil , add carrots and leeks , coriander and basil fresh , boil the asparagus which have been cut in half , cook for 10 min low boil till asparagus are soft , remove tip half and use for garnishing your salad , and add milk to remaining stock , blend well and strain back into pot , add cream heavy , extra virgin olive oil , black pepper and check seasoning !
White asparagus are great served has a dish , not a siding as they have a great taste and a light sauce will compliment them well , egg mayonnaise , lemon herb vinaigrette , hollandaise or nutty butter , you can enjoy them hot or cold !

Sauté in frying pan all ingredients in oil , push on one side and fry egg in remaining oil
Add precooked noodles and condiments , mix up well and stir fry on high heat for a minute .
Enjoy a your snack ! Add fresh chopped coriander for fragrance as a option .

How can you make your dinner a little more interesting , well follow me on this affair !
I'm having spaghetti with mushroom carbonara and chicken breast " Cordon Bleu" two interesting dishes very tasty !
Ingredients for pasta ;
Ham Crushed pepper
Bacon. Olive oil
Egg , flour , bread crumbs
Olive oil , salt pepper
Then comes the fun part , after pan frying the chicken cordon Bleu on both sides golden brown , set aside with some Dijon mustard , toss your spaghetti in the carbonara sauce and thicken it with egg and cheese!!!
Go in you lounge or secret cabinet and hunt for some products and good bowls or platters for a good stylish picture before you indulge on to these two dishes as they are both delicious ....
Food styling is part of making food more appealing and tempting it just takes a few extra minutes and it's great fun as you get really excited to eat your creation after seeing the fun pictures you made .

Ever tried to make doughnuts?? It's fun , if your with kids it can be really fun for them than just buying 12 in a box from some store .
So you need all this first;
Flour all purpose
Butter or shortening
Mix yeast with luck warm water
Milk with butter or shortening
Flour with salt sugar
Then combine all together
Kneed for a few minutes
Proof in warm area for 30 min, then flatten out and cut into your famost rings
Proof again for 30 min in warm area , deep fry in hot oil till golden brown both sides
Your glaze or toppings dips or crazy things to add is up to your imagination, I like then plain with a good brewed hot coffee and a little powered sugar ... So simple noh?? Home cooking is fun ! Try it
