When your young and parents feed you , your looking for sweet stuff , you looking for easy to eat ! Avoiding the veggies , favoring ice cream over fruits or soda over fruit juice ! And parents kind of get worried and stressed about you not eating enough healthy things !
Well at all ages temptation is all around you! And food habits are there ! Craves posses you ! Those big bags of chocolate ! Salty chips or chewy cookies , we all love those night when nobody is watching and you just take the tub of ice cream and a spoon to the couch and tell your self I wi jus have 2 spoons ! The first and the last ., but you finished all ! So you say to yourself tomorrow I will skip breakfast ! Hahhaha you think that will work??? You wish ...
Accept that changes are needed to your life to find peace of mind with your body! Diets are not the solutions as they will guide you away from all your temptations and more frustration will set in to your life ! People around you will notice mood swings and all the more you will jump back on the couch with 2 tubes of ice cream but still the same spoon .
My changes !! I stopped eating items hard to digest , such as meats that take long time to cook , don't skip meals in the early morning or lunch ! Eat sweet items in the morning ! Don't eat before you go to bed , i eat fast food one time every 2 months just for hunger purposes and to remember what rubbish they sell for crappy price ! I prefer preparing a burger or hotdog at home , don't deprive yourself of food that makes you happy ! Just reduce how much you consume of it ! By buying less from the start! Have the right amount of sleep you need ! Not over sleeping , that's bad also . And most important with me is drink minimum 4 liters of water (plain) per day ! So before you hunt the salt crips in cabinet , drink two glasses of water ! Trust me you won't need to finish all crisps after ! And finally leave stress in the cabinet with all the bad habits ! Remember you can do it ... CHANGES
